At CWM, we specialize in precision machining, with a complete range of equipment and tools. However, our true strength lies in our qualified machinists, who have gained extensive experience in jobbing shops and specialized machining companies across various industries. Our facilities boast 5000 square feet of available production space, complete with horizontal boring mills (up to 10-ton table load capacity), lathes, milling machines, CNC turning & milling equipment, cranes, MIG & TIG welding equipment, and fabricating.
Our team has worked on a diverse range of projects, including rotating equipment, ship propulsion and steering, material handling equipment, and more. If you are an OEM, we can turn your blueprints or ideas into tangible equipment for your maintenance department. We will rebuild, repair, and refurbish all your critical equipment when you need it, reducing downtime and increasing uptime.
In emergencies, we promise the shortest possible turnaround time to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. CWM can custom machine and manufacture parts for a wide variety of materials, including carbon steel, titanium, brass, aluminum, high nickel alloys (inconnel, monel, hastelloy), chromemolly, babbitt, stainless steel, polymers, and composites such as HDPE, PU, Acetal (Delrin), Thordon, and CIP Marine.
